Duration: 12-24 months
Minimum Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years of demonstrated experience developing and maintaining solutions that are:
- Serve mission-critical applications.
- Intuitive and user-friendly, requiring little or formal training for effective use designed with features including online training, on-screen help and decentralized account management.
- Performance-oriented for fast response.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in projects developing and maintaining web-based solutions.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in troubleshooting code and performing edge testing based on user requirements/stories (full stack).
- Minimum four (4) years of experience performing complex database queries in Oracle/MS SQL Server to produce data conversion, and data analysis to provide visual data reports as requested.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience with one or more of the following:
- JavaScript or TypeScript
- Azure DevOps/GitHub
- VueJS
- React
- Angular
- HTML & Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Minimum three (3) years of experience with one or more of the following:
- Oracle SQL
- Microsoft SQL Server
- MongoDB
- REST APIs
- Functions, triggers, and stored procedures
Desired Qualifications:
- Law Enforcement Agency or Parole applications development experience.
- Experience using Composition API in VueJS.
- Experience with MongoDB, Fastify, ExpressJS, or FeathersJS.
- Experience creating Aggregation Pipelines in MongoDB with multiple stages.
- Familiarity with Linux and Docker images for localhost development.
- Experience with the following Third-Party controls/libraries (Vuetify or PrimeVue).
- Experience using JavaScript libraries, such as PDFMake, to create PDF reports.
- Experience using Oracle SQL Developer or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience using VSCode.
Candidates will be required to provide a PDF copy of diploma, three client references from previous work, and any relevant certifications in PDF format.
Project work will start in July 2026 through June 2028.
