Senior Data Conversion Lead, Salesforce
Duration: 12 to 24 months

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Data Conversion Lead with extensive experience leading large-scale legacy data conversion and migration initiatives involving Salesforce, mainframe data, ETL, data quality, and enterprise integration.

Candidates must meet all qualifications for consideration.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Experience within the last seven years serving as a Data Conversion Lead on at least one project with a contract value of $10 million or more.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in:
    • Data cleansing.
    • Data normalization.
    • Data integrity.
    • Data-quality measurement.
    • Data mapping.
    • Designing data transformations and integrations across multiple data sources.
    • Incorporating data-security requirements into conversion solutions.
    • Coordinating with functional, testing, interface, and application teams to ensure conversion requirements are met.
  • At least three years of experience within the last seven years as a Conversion Lead using ETL toolsets.
  • At least three years of experience within the last seven years leading data conversion efforts involving multiple legacy data formats and repositories, including environments such as DB2.
  • At least three years of experience within the last seven years working with analytical data concepts and implementing data-quality standards and methodologies.
  • At least two years of experience within the last seven years performing or leading teams that converted legacy systems containing more than 200 million records.
  • Experience serving as a Data Conversion Lead on a legacy mainframe DB2/VSAM data conversion project, including data assessment of source systems and data quality.
  • At least two years of experience within the last seven years as a Data Conversion Lead on data-migration projects involving:
    • Data migration planning.
    • Pre-migration validation testing.
    • ETL and data transformation.
    • Post-migration validation for accuracy and completeness.
    • Data-security controls throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • At least two years of experience within the last seven years as a Data Conversion Lead providing knowledge transfer.
  • At least two years of experience within the last seven years as a Data Conversion Lead completing data integration through interfaces.
  • At least two years of experience within the last seven years with each of the following technologies:
    • Salesforce.
    • PostgreSQL.
    • Talend.
    • OwnBackup.
  • Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent four-year combination of relevant professional experience and education.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience within the last seven years supporting projects for a state Department of Motor Vehicles.
