Estrada Consulting, Inc is looking for:
Senior .NET Application Developer with Pre-Construction client application experience
Location: remote on PST time and must resided within the continental US.
Duration: 12 months

Education:
- Must have a bachelor degree in related field or equivalent of 4-years of experience which will total 10-years of IT experience in application development.
- Degree PDF copy is mandatory.
- Three client project references from previous work is required.
Candidates will have at least 10-years working in IT in application development which will include the following:
- Contractor must have experience in SQL databases, .Net, Azure DevOps.
- Boards and Repos, Power BI, C#, and JavaScript.
- Contractor must have a minimum of 5-years in State of CA client projects or a combination of State of CA and other state agencies.
- Will need to have 3-years of Pre-Construction / Construction application development or maintenance experience.
- Contractor will provide the following services:
- Collect and document business requirements for applications modifications
- Provide agile applications development team(s) to:
- Design, develop and implement modifications for .NET web applications hosted on IIS web service
- and written in C#, Java script, and python languages and that makes use of SQL databases. Modify
- XML and JSON application configuration files.
- Collect and document business requirements for the creation and modification of reports.
- Design, develop and modify ActiveReports reports.
- Design, develop, and modify Power Bi reports and data sets.
- Develop new or modify existing documentation for the applications and reports.
- Develop and implement test plans for unit, integration, system and user acceptance testing.
- Configure and use Caltrans hosted Azure DevOps to:
- Function as an internal call ticket system
- Task management
- Repositories
