Minimum Mandatory Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.
- At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. OR Nine (9) years, if substituting Bachelor's degree for additional qualifying experience.
- Possess (a) a bachelor’s degree. OR Additional qualifying experience (of MQ #1 above) may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS (DQ):
- Key Staff has one or more industry-recognized certifications such as Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), or equivalent certification from organizations such as International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) or American Society for Quality (ASQ), or equivalent organizations.
- Has a minimum of three (3) years of broad and extensive experience automating test scripts using MS Playwright or equivalent automation framework.
- Has a minimum of three (3) years of broad and extensive experience performance testing using Apache JMeter and BlazeMeter or equivalent performance testing tools.
- Has a minimum of three (3) years of experience utilizing a test management tool, such as, Zephyr Enterprise, or equivalent.
- Has a minimum of three (3) years of experience in using centralized requirements tools, such as Jira, or equivalent.
- Has a minimum of three (3) years of experience in using a centralized repository for code management such as GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent.
- Has a minimum of three (3) years of experience testing web applications that comply with accessibility requirements from the WCAG 2.2, Section 508 and other accessibility standards.
- Has five (5) years of experience working within Agile or Hybrid Agile software test methodologies and best practices.
