Seeking a senior AI / Azure Solution Architect with hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Seeking a senior AI / Azure Solution Architect with hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry/Microsoft Foundry.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Experience with Azure AI Search, embeddings, vector search, and hybrid search.
- Experience developing enterprise knowledge assistants using organizational documents and providing traceable source citations.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, custom AI agents, and agent orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data, APIs, and business workflows.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, permission-aware retrieval, and security trimming.
- Experience evaluating LLM solutions for groundedness, hallucinations, prompt injection, and answer accuracy.
- Strong Azure architecture and enterprise solution-design experience.
Preferred: Experience supporting public-sector, pension/retirement, financial services, or investment-management organizations.
